Join us for a special sunset hike on the trails at Wahaneeta Preserve. Keep your eyes peeled for owls, bats, and things that go bump in the night! This walk is a moderate level on scenic trails that traverse streams, forest and a lovely pond. After the hike, we’ll tell spooky stories by the camp fire!
Follow the dirt road until you pass the stream. Turn left at the Westerly Land Trust sign and follow the dirt road to the parking area at the trailhead.
For all hikes be sure to wear shoes appropriate for natural conditions that may include rocks, roots and mud along the paths. In warmer months, come prepared with insect repellent for your comfort.
