Our annual Foraged of the Earth Dinner fundraiser features several courses crafted by featured chef Chris Champagne highlights edibles foraged from the wild, including local shellfish, venison, mushrooms and greens. Courses are complemented with wine and beer pairings. Forager Keith Cowley provides insight about the sourcing of ingredients and Earth’s spring bounty.
Funds raised directly benefit land conservation programs that preserve Westerly’s wildlife habitats, drinking water supply, local farmland and public recreation areas for all. We are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions & the dinner is not suitable for children.
