DESCRIPTION:Come to Winnapaug Farm Preserve to celebrate the summer solstice and the longest day of the year with a special outdoor Somatic Yoga Class ending with Yoga Nidra led by Amanda Gray of BarreCoast.\n.\n\n\nAdvanced registration is required. From Winnapaug Road take a left onto Shore Road and go to the second red gate\, approximately 1/8 a mile down on the right hand side where you will park and walk 20 steps to where you will practice.\n.
