DESCRIPTION:Join Sarah Rocketto of BarreCoast at the Winnapaug Farm Preserve for a one-hour\, heart pumping\, full body bootcamp workout. We will utilize bodyweight and resistance bands as you move\, sweat and breathe in the outdoor summer air.
