SUMMARY:Outdoor Bootcamp
DESCRIPTION:Sweat and move with us for a 1 hour outdoor bootcamp class led by Sarah Rocketto with BarreCoast. We will utilize our own body weight and resistance bands to increase intensity. \nBring your yoga mat\, another mat or sheet/blanket to place underneath\, and a bottle of water. \nWinnapaug Farm Preserve is located off of Shore Road in Westerly.  Take a left off Shore from Winnapaug Road.  You will see the field ahead to your right.   Approximately 1/4 mile down you will drive through the red gate and park where cars are lining up.  You’ll be a few steps from where class will be held!\n\nAdvanced Registration Required.  \n\n\nWesterly Land Trust members\, contact Erika Lebling\nelebling@westerlylandtrust.org for reduced price registration of $10\n\n\n\n\nCLICK HERE TO REGISTER FOR OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP\n
