Celebrate Birdability Week with a unique, inclusive nature experience that combines the healing power of Forest Bathing with the joy of inviting the birds in to help us deepen our connection with nature and ourselves. This slow-paced, sensory-rich walk is designed to be accessible, welcoming, and restorative. You do not need to have any prior knowledge or experience in birding, or even binoculars (though bring them if you have them), just a willingness to explore your connection with nature and a sense of curiosity.
