💟We are so excited for our Wellness for Everybody event tomorrow (5/18) in sponsorship with Westerly Hospital. Bring the whole family or simply treat yourself to a FREE day of wellness at Avondale farm Preserve from 10:30 – 2:30 pm.

🌸This event is for everybody! There will be something for all ages and abilities from fire trucks to gong baths, you won’t want to miss this!

Date: Saturday, May 18
Time: 10:30-2:30
Location: Avondale Farm Preserve (all traffic come in through Quail Run)
Parking: Quail Run. Please consider carpooling or riding your bike if possible!

🐝What to Bring:
Consider bringing a towel, yoga mat, or blanket if planning to participate in a wellness experience
🚲A bike or scooter if planning to participate in Remy’s Cycle kids obstacle course
🌞Sunscreen and bug repellent
