Ice Rink

Properties at 61 and 85 Main Street were purchased in 2005 and 2006, respectively. This property houses the ice rink, concessions, a welcome center, and parking.  The capital investment for these properties was made by the Royce Family Fund, and the facility is managed by the Ocean Community YMCA. The Washington Trust Company provided funds to support the skating center’s operation.

The 12,000 square foot ice skating rink is complete with a Zamboni, skate rentals and sharpening, restrooms and food concessions. The rink is open 7 days a week from late November through March and offers public skating, party rentals, school rentals, skate rentals, skating lessons, and hockey.
