The Industrial Trust Building is a historic commercial structure located at 10 High Street in the heart of downtown Westerly. The property was purchased in April 2005 and was home to WLT’s offices until mid-2019 when the offices were relocated to the Barlow Nature Preserve. Today, the building is filled by Gnarly Bay, a local film production company.
