Join hike leader, Personal Trainer/ Medical Exercise Specialist, and amazing cook, Donna Anderson, for a moon lit fitness hike at Riverwood Preserve. There will be two marked routes to choose from. One will be approximately 1 mile of flat terrain moving at ~ 2 + mph. The alternative route will pick up your heart rate and cover about 3 miles with hills at a faster pace. Bonfire and refreshments to follow.

Parking- please park along the side of Old Hopkinton Road at the end of Boy Scout Drive. We will meet there and walk into the preserve together.
